Q/A: What should I do when the review result streaming hangs?

Occasionally, the streaming of review results may hang due to different reasons such as high request load, system upgrade and network glitch.

In this case, we recommend:

1. Wait for some time, such as 15 to 30 seconds, to see if the rest of the content will show up eventually.
2. If option 1 above did not work, you can simply refresh the page in browser and the streaming will be started.

Fun fact: all unfinished review streaming sessions will be in state processing or pending until the session (represented by URL) is visited again. The finished review session will be in completed state.
